Chicago Personal Injury & Workers' Compensation Attorney

The representation you deserve for your injuries.

If you were hurt in an accident or on the job, you shouldn't have to face the insurance companies alone. I've spent decades standing up for injured people across the Chicago area — negotiating strong settlements and, when a case calls for it, taking it to trial.

What I Do

My practice is concentrated in two areas

I focus on the cases I know best. That means the personal, hands-on attention your case needs — not a general practice spread thin across a dozen fields.

01

Personal Injury

When someone else's carelessness leaves you hurt, the bills and the pressure pile up fast. I handle the legal side so you can focus on getting better, and I work to recover the compensation you're owed — at the negotiating table or in court.

  • Car, truck, and motorcycle accidents
  • Slip-and-fall and other premises injuries
  • Injuries caused by negligence
  • Settlement negotiation and trial representation

02

Workers' Compensation

Getting hurt at work shouldn't cost you your livelihood. Speaking up against an employer can feel intimidating, but you don't have to do it alone. I'll help you pursue the benefits you're entitled to — whether that means a negotiated resolution or a hearing before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission.

  • On-the-job injuries and occupational illness
  • Denied or delayed benefit claims
  • Medical treatment and lost-wage benefits
  • Negotiated resolutions and contested hearings

Settlement or Trial

Prepared to settle, ready to litigate

Most cases can be resolved with a fair settlement — and I work hard to reach one. But insurance companies pay attention to a lawyer who is willing and able to go to court. I prepare every case as if it may go to trial, which puts you in the strongest possible position either way.

Negotiated settlements

A well-prepared demand and hard-nosed negotiation often bring a fair result without the delay of trial. I press for the full value of your claim and won't let an insurer lowball you into settling for less than you deserve.

Trial & litigation

When an insurer or employer won't offer what's fair, I'm fully prepared to file suit and try your case. Decades in the courtroom mean the other side knows a reasonable offer is the better choice.

How I Work
